Since its establishment, it gives contributions to the realities, which enrich the cultural, educational and economic life of the territory. Alongside this activity, Fondazione CRT implements its own projects, designed to meet local needs in different sectors, especially focusing on the opportunities for growth, training and employment, for young people mostly. By applying venture philanthropy methodology, it also pays attention to the economical sustainability of the funded projects and to the people who actually make these projects happen. Fondazione CRT pays particular attention to the world of sustainability and disability, according to its mission and history, aimed at supporting an open and cohesive society. The commitment in supporting initiatives for vulnerable groups is in the mission of Fondazione CRT, in fact sustaining actions oriented to the welfare in in the Fondazione CRT’s bylaws both by funding grants and open calls – such as Vivomeglio program, which aims to improve life quality for people with disabilities – and by offering opportunities to access international circuits in which Fondazione CRT works with the aim of promoting integration, competitiveness and new development opportunities in Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta.
